Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

To request a return or refund, customers must contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order and share their Order ID along with a clear unboxing video for verification.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of a damaged product, wrong item delivered, or genuine size issue.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

Once the returned item is received, it will go through a quality inspection. After approval, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

ABSOLUTE EDITION reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.
